REFUND POLICY

PROGRAMS:
These policies apply to classes, 1-day workshops, and camps
● Refund requests submitted more than two weeks prior to the start of a program begin date, will be issued a 100% refund, LESS a $10 Administrative Fee.
● Refund requests submitted less than two weeks prior, but more than three business days, prior to the start of a program will be issued a 50% refund LESS a $10 Administrative Fee.
● Refund requests submitted less than three business days prior to the start of a program will not be granted, and no refund will be issued.
● Transfer requests made at least 3 business days prior to the start of a program will be charged a $5 transfer fee. Less than 3 business days prior to the start of a program, a $10 transfer fee will be charged. Transfer requests after the first day will incur a $10 transfer fee, in addition to a charge for the first day.
● If a program fee is $10 or less, no refund or transfer will be issued unless program is canceled by the City of Farmington Hills.
● For purchases made by credit card, please allow four business days for a credit card refund. For purchases made by cash or check, please allow four to six weeks for a check refund.

TICKETED EVENTS:
These policies apply to concerts, youth theatre performances, and any other event which requires a ticket for admission*
*specifically applied to any event which is purchased as a ticket through the City's ticketing system.
● Strict no refund policy.
● Tickets are non-exchangeable.

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
On occasion, the City of Farmington Hills may need to cancel an individual class or event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as, but not limited to, inclement weather, power outages, instructor illness, etc. The City will make true effort to contact all registered participants. Prorated refunds will not be issued, but every effort will be made to reschedule.
