New to Pickleball? Take our intro course to build court confidence, learn strategy and develop technique. This course will help prepare a novice player for social play.

ITK Sports and Character Development coaches and staff have teamed up with the City of Farmington Hills to host a 5-day shooting clinic for beginner, intermediate, and elite athletes. The clinic will focus on shooting with confidence, the mechanics of shooting, and how to execute in-game shot performance on every level.

This league allows children an opportunity to learn the basics of floor hockey. Players learn positions, stick handling and ball control in this fun, fast-paced class. There will be 30 minutes of practice and 30 minutes of exciting game play each week. Mouth and shin guards are recommended but not required.

Registration is open to beginner, intermediate and elite athletes looking to improve their basketball skills and fundamentals. The first practice will be held on Wednesday, November 6th, and will be an informal session to help coaches gauge player skill level and build teams. Practices take place every Wednesday, 5:30-6:30 for grades 3-4, and 6:30-7:30 for grades 5-8 . Games will begin on Saturday, November 16th, and conclude on Saturday, December 21st. Games will be held on Saturday mornings. Players will receive a numbered t-shirt.

Strategic Play
This course can be viewed as a follow up to Supervised Play, as well as a course that dives deeper into strategic options. Topics covered and worked on include Driving-Blocking/Resetting versus Dropping-Blocking/Resetting, Patience at the NVZ, Red Light versus Green Light, Isolate and Frustrate, and 4 lanes of shot selection. Players should wear athletic clothing, gym/tennis shoes and have their own paddle.

This is a 6 week program. The first week will have a blind draw for partners and opponents. Based on the scoring ratios from the first week, the players will be assigned courts from high scores to low scores. Over the next weeks, players will have to compete with those players assigned to their court. Players will move up or down a court based on that week's performance. The games will be a timed format. Program will run for 2.5 hours.

Tri-Sports Mini
Introduce your little superstar to sports in a safe pressure-free environment! This multi-sport class uses age-appropriate games and activities to introduce your youngster to a different sport each week while practicing balance and coordination. Sports can include but are not limited to Flag Football, Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Kickball, T-Ball & Floor Hockey.

Get the most out of the short days and cold weather! Join our HAWK Cornhole League. our Indoor league utilizes our HAWK cornhole board to provide a fun and social atmosphere. Teams consist of two players and can use substitutions any week except for playoffs. Each team will face-off in two best-of-three game series each week. There will be a playoff bracket the last week. Elimination rules for the playoff will be specified prior to the last week. Beer and wine bar will be available to league participants 21 years and older during and between game play. Prizes and trophies will be awarded to the winners. Registration is only required for one person per team.

Mini Kickers League is an introductory league for youngsters that will teach the basics of teamwork and gameplay. Players will be divided up into 4 teams. Each week all players will receive 30 minutes of instructional coaching for dribbling, passing and shooting. Players are then separated into their respective teams where they will have a chance to compete in 30 minutes of fun and developmental league play organized by our coaches.

Mini Hoopers basketball program is for boys and girls ages 3-5. We focus on increasing balance, coordination and fine motor skills while learning the fundamentals of basketball. Mini Hoopers emphasizes basic skills, good sportsmanship, and fun through dribbling, shooting, passing, running control and games

Supervised Play
This course introduces strategy and court positioning while in a game playing format. The first session's theme covers the first four shots. The Serve, the Return, Third shot options, and Fourth shot options. The second session's theme covers the "X", "V' and "Shading" court positioning. Players should wear athletic clothing, gym shoes, and have their own paddle.

Our classes are jam packed with activities that include a warm up and a fun obstacle course. Several small props are brought in to ensure the fun such as hoops, beanbags, ribbons, balls, scarves, cones, ropes, etc.
Each child takes home a paper explaining to parents what we did that day. Each child will be introduced and learn cartwheels, handstands, bridges, flips and a variety of skills on many different pieces of equipment.

Cheer Bunnies will introduce everything your child needs to know to be a great cheerleader. A variety of cheers, chants, jumps, mounts, and pom routines will be introduced. Knowing particular gymnastics skills is very important to be a successful cheerleader so we will include instruction of gymnastics skills necessary. This program improves self confidence, voice control, rhythm, posture, and overall coordination. The difference from the first day of class to the end of the year is remarkable to see the improved confidence and stage presence each child in this program gained. For both boys and girls.
