Strategic Play
This course can be viewed as a follow up to Supervised Play, as well as a course that dives deeper into strategic options. Topics covered and worked on include Driving-Blocking/Resetting versus Dropping-Blocking/Resetting, Patience at the NVZ, Red Light versus Green Light, Isolate and Frustrate, and 4 lanes of shot selection. Players should wear athletic clothing, gym/tennis shoes and have their own paddle.
