Get up and Go with a great workout! Gym exercise will include low-impact floor and chair workout to improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Bring along hand weights and resistance bands. All fitness levels welcome!
6 week class, No class 10/1
All participants must have a current membership ID card to utilize Adults 50 & Better programs. Residents of Farmington and Farmington Hills no annual fee. Non-residents, $20 annual fee. You can register at the Costick Center front desk.
