This practice is for everyone! Do you want to strengthen and balance your body and quiet your mind? Do you suffer from aches and pains? Are you recovering from an illness, injury or accident? Are you feeling great and want to stay that way? Then this class is for you! Wear loose clothing and bring a mat.

All participants must have a current membership ID card to utilize Adults 50 & Better programs. Residents of Farmington and Farmington Hills no annual fee. Non-residents, $20 annual fee.
Be sure to bring Yoga Mat.
Refund issued only if it does not drop class below minimum. $10.00 cancellation fee. $5.00 Transfer fee.
