This class will consist of an organized routine to help with overall physical health and stress management; it will include many aspects of the Wu Style syllabus with a combination of chair and standing exercises.
6 week class
All participants must have a current membership ID card to utilize Adults 50 & Better programs. Residents of Farmington and Farmington Hills no annual fee. Non-residents, $20 annual fee.
Refund issued only if it does not drop class below minimum.
$10 cancellation fee.
