When is the party room available?
The party room is available for convenient online booking for 2-hour party blocks Friday through Sunday. Special requests can be made through the party coordinator.

How do I reserve the party room for my event?
Reserving your party online reserves the date and time with all items listed as being included in the party room package below. Any extras including food and additional participants must be arranged with the party coordinator. Reservations must be made 14 days in advance.

Does the Hawk offer food service for the party?
For your convenience we do have food service available from Hawk Concessions. To request a party menu with pricing please email [email protected]. Outside food is allowed only from a license vendor and must be preapproved by our party coordinator. An additional fee may be required for outside food.

How does check-in work the day of the event?
The participants check in at the front lobby. Hawk party staff will great your party participants as they enter the facility. Details for the day of the event will be sent via email by the Hawk party coordinator to the party representative one week prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the reservation representative to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
